| This unique place is going to gain world wide reputation soon. It serves some of the best food in Vietnam in a nothing-special setting. There is no menu but you choose either the seafood or vegetarian course. A series of delicious dishes such as clear soup, fried wontons with shrimp, broiled fish, stuffed calmari or scallops on the half shell is served up by very friendly chef Mr. Kim who was once a taster in the Vietnamese army and who travels worldwide as a guest chef. Talk to him if you can, he's an interesting fellow. Asked why he doesn't choose to raise his prices to gourmet standards as well, he says, "I am a simple man. I like many friends".
