The chef will custom cook your eggs the way you want or choose self service. Both Asian and Western breakfast is served. Pho, rice porridge, Op La, meat salad, Xiu Mai, Vietnamese tea etc are Asian choices. Western choices are eggs: fried, hard & soft boiled, scrambled or custom cooked, bacon, salad (make your own), warm bread, luncheon meats, pate, butter, jam, warm milk for your coffee or tea, pineapple or orange juice, fresh fruit, cake and so much more.
